The second part of the training for Early Warning Europe Volunteer Mentors of group IV in Poland will take place on 12 and 13 June in Poznań.
The trainings will be hosted by Sylwia Cantillana Valencia and Katarzyna Balcerkiewicz. The Mentors will learn how to support entrepreneurs in difficult times and what standards they should be following during the mentoring process. They will also review the GROW method, which they had learned during the first part of the course. The workshops will be attended by Mentors from abroad, who will discuss their experiences in working with businesses in trouble.
This is an internal event for the Early Warning Europe mentors from Poland.
Awareness Event in Athens
A one-day event entitled «From Crisis to Growth: European Network for Early Warning for the SMEs and for the 2nd chance for the entrepreneurs»
The Small Enterprises’ Institute of the Hellenic Confederation of Professionals, Craftsmen, and Merchants (IME GSEVEE) and the Athens Chamber of Tradesmen (EEA) present the European Programme «European Network for Early Warning for the SMEs and for the 2nd chance for the entrepreneurs». In the Attica Region alone, 600 small and micro enterprises facing distress will be supported through the programme.
The event will focus on presenting the results, experiences and lessons learnt so far, and the Greek experiences will be highlighted in a Europe-wide perspective.
The event will be held on Wednesday, 6th of June 2018, at Zappeion Megaro in Athens. Registration is from 10.00 till 11.00, and the event is from 11.00 till 15.00.

Preventing Insolvency: From Crisis To Growth
PRE-SOLVE is a large scale project implemented by Chambers of Commerce in 8 EU countries under the coordination of their European association, EUROCHAMBRES, and co-funded by the Justice Programme of the European Union. It aims at providing business intermediaries with tools to support entrepreneurs in difficulty with their business activities where there is a likelihood of insolvency, where insolvency proceedings are pending, or after insolvency proceeding (second chance).

Hosted by the Polish partners of Early Warning Europe, PARP and FFR, the Experts’ Network meeting is organized at the Polish Ministry of Enterprise and Technology. Top level representatives of the Ministry participate and introduce the Polish New Chance policy, and the role of mentors and mentees is debated in the expert group.
