Training session for the volunteers of Early Warning Europe, Italy

On the 28th of June around 50 volunteers of Early Warning Europe in Italy had a full day of training.
Last week the Italian part of Early Warning Europe had their second full day of internal training for the corps of volunteers of the project. Around 50 volunteers participated.
On the agenda of the training was a series of speakers; executive coach Lidia Barberis from Unione Industriale, Sergio Cipri a volunteer, who has his own consultancy firm on coaching and Remigia Spagnolo, who is a psycologist of work.
Throughout the day the main theme of the traning was how to approach a person in need and what the role of a coach should be.
This training session will be continued by two more sessions in October/November.
