Motivation Statement & Contribution to the EWEUN Board
For the past nine years, I have been actively involved in promoting the Early Warning Europe idea across Europe and in Poland. I participated in the creation of the EWEUN association and have contributed to the association’s work through my engagement in multiple working groups.
The values of Early Warning Europe are particularly close to my heart. Over the years, I have worked in various EWE teams, always building cooperation on trust, openness, and constructive communication.
As a member of the EWE Board, I would like to contribute my experience in mentor
education processes, team building, and my expertise in family businesses, succession planning, and developing family governance systems.
I am committed to supporting the organization's mission and strengthening the network of Early Warning mentors in Europe.
