One of the key factors for the success of Early Warning Europe is the constant transfer and development of knowledge and experience already available from existing initiatives. This way, the four target countries Poland, Greece, Italy and Spain, in implementing their Early Warning Mechanisms, will benefit from the lessons learnt in other EU countries, and in turn provide knowledge to these from their own implementation.
