27 October 2020

The Erasmus+ project RescEWE aims to integrate the extensive experience of the Early Warning Europe partners into the training and advice given to start-ups in Finland, Spain, Poland, Greece and Denmark. With this knowledge, more new entrepreneurs will be able to foresee and address crisis situations, thus creating more resilient companies.

Our background research on the perception of values and skills by new entrepreneurs is now completed. According to the head of the research team, Reliability, Integrity & Work Ethics were surprisingly the most highest rated values and skills for the survival of a company. This insight will now be used in the development of training materials, which will be put to use starting in 2021.
